These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of our platform including our website, mobile application, and related services. By utilizing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, signifying acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined herein. Please review them carefully as they contain crucial information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and obligations as a user of Lygato.

About Us:

Lygato, operated by Lygato Inc., functions as a talent booking marketplace facilitating connections between performing artists ("Talents") and venues, managers, agents, artists, promoters, and event organizers ("Organizers"). Our mission is to provide a streamlined and stress-free booking experience for both talent and organizers. Lygato operates through its website (www.lygato.com), mobile application, and associated products, assistance, support, and information.

Our Contract with You:

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Lygato. By using the platform you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, regardless of your registration status. Use of our website or application implies that you are availing yourself of our platform. By accessing or using Lygato, you commit to complying with the terms and conditions outlined in this legal statement. Lygato reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of any changes made. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms to stay informed of the current version. If you are registering or using Lygato on behalf of a legal entity, you assert that you are authorized to enter into and bind the entity to these Terms. The Terms apply to both you (in your personal capacity) and the entity. You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract.

Lygato is dedicated to safeguarding your privacy and data security. By using Lygato, you agree to our Privacy Policy. The governing laws for this agreement are the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be exclusively resolved by the courts of Delaware. You also agree to hold us harmless for any security breaches or service interruptions caused by third-party providers, subject to applicable laws. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms, and the information you provide to Lygato is true, accurate, and complete.

Lygato requires accurate and up-to-date information about your identity, location, and services. We may use third-party services and databases to verify your details. Failure to provide complete and timely information may result in limited account features.Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason by giving written notice. Upon termination, you agree to stop using Lygato and Lygato may delete your account and associated content.

Changes to the Services and these Terms:

We continually improve Lygato, reserving the right to add, modify, or remove features. We may suspend or discontinue any Service or part thereof at any time without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access to Lygato for any reason or no reason at all. We may modify these Terms at any time, with the modified version becoming effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use Lygato after the modified Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by them. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you continue to use our Services after a change, you accept the revised Terms. We disclaim liability for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services or any part thereof.

The Services:

Lygato provides a platform for artists, venues and venue owners, managers, promoters and agents to advertise services to each other, enabling them to search for each other, book services for events, and make payments for services and events. The services provided by Talents to Organizers are referred to as "Talent Services," and an agreement between an Organizer and a Talent is a "Booking." They are sometimes referred to collectively as “Services”.

Additional Definitions

User Account:

All user types, referred to collectively as “Users”, are required to create an account to access more features and functionality of the platform. This means that all types of Users (Venues, Artists, Managers, and Organizers) need to create a profile to use Lygato's full range of features and services.

Profile:

A Profile is a public-facing entity on the Lygato marketplace that highlights a User's skills and services. To be booked on the Lygato marketplace, a User must create or “claim” a Profile as part of their account setup. Users can create multiple Profiles and manage them from a single account, and these Profiles can be shared with and managed by multiple Users.

Representative:

A Representative is a User who is a member of the Talent's team and has the authority to manage the Talent's account on the Lygato platform. This includes managing the Talent's profile, bookings, offers, and payments on the Talent's behalf. A Representative is typically a person who has a professional relationship with the User, such as a manager or agent, and is authorized by the User to act on their behalf in managing their bookings and offers. The User is ultimately responsible for the actions of their representatives on the Lygato platform, and Lygato is not responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise between the User and their representatives regarding the management of their account.

Every user is required to specify their address.
